BioSpec Products, Inc. warranties all products against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase.* During that warranty period the product will be repaired or replaced, at the option and expense of BioSpec Products. This warranty does not apply in the cases of abuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repair. Always operate the product in the manner that it was intended.
When returning a product to BioSpec Products for a warranty repair, shipping costs to BioSpec Products are the responsibility of the customer. The shipping costs for returning the item to the customer will be paid by BioSpec Products, Inc.
Up-to-date prices are available on our website. BioSpec Products reserves the right to change pricing without notice. Price confirmations or written quotations can be provided upon request.
To return a product for repair, please visit our website to download a Return Authorization/Non-Contamination Form. This return form has all the necessary information needed to return your products for service.
Items contaminated with hazardous materials can not be sent to BioSpec Products for service. See below.
BioSpec Products will not service equipment that has been exposed to hazardous or biohazardous materials such as animal pathogens, radiological materials, diseased tissue, or genetically engineered products having potential toxic properties.
If your equipment fits this situation, “repair kits” containing parts and instructions are available which will allow you to do on site repairs. Additionally, free technical assistance is always available over the telephone or through email.
We ship almost all orders by UPS. Unless shipping on a customer's account number, we prepay and add the shipping costs to the order. UPS shipping charges can be estimated at the time the order is placed. Exact shipping charges will be determined at the time of shipment by the package weight and/or dimensions. If shipped via UPS, orders can be tracked through our website.
Every order is tested to be in proper working order and inspected to be free of damage just prior to packaging and shipment. Please inspect all shipments upon receipt. If the package is damaged, either externally or internally, only accept the shipment after the courier has noted the damage on all copies of the delivery receipt. If you discover the contents are damaged, please request carrier inspection within 15 days of delivery and then contact our Customer Service.
