Domestic Shipping: We typically use FedEx ground service as the preferred service for most of our domestic shipping. USPS and UPS services are also accommodated if required. Local Pickup: Local pick-ups are always welcome. Please email or call ahead to schedule a pick-up time. International Shipping: We do ship internationally but not to all countries. Please email before buying internationally. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. All international buyers are responsible for any additional shipping and handling charges, crating cost and any cost arising from cross-border trade with us. We will not refund any payments on returns that are a result of non-payment of taxes or duties.

Terms & Conditions: The listed equipment is pre-owned and professionally cleaned, tested and refurbished for its functionality. Returns/warranty policy: We do accept returns within 14 days of the receipt of the equipment and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and the customer assumes responsibility for the package until it is delivered back to us. All items returned at no seller’s fault would be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All return items must be in original condition you received them. Refund will be processed within 7 business days upon arrival of merchandise. We will be responsible for shipment of the replacement product back to the buyer for an exchange.
