New TSi and TEC2 Series Ultra-Low Temperature (ULT) Freezers

The new North Sciences/Traceable^® TSi and TEC2 Series Ultra-Low Temperature (ULT) Freezers provide total sample security and peace of mind 24/7. These self-monitoring freezers feature a built-in Traceable data logger compatible with TraceableLIVE cloud-based monitoring services. TraceableLIVE provides audible and visual alerts for any out-of-range conditions via Apple Watch^®, smartphone, tablet, or PC. It’s also easy to connect to all data using the TraceableLIVE app. These ULT freezers are ideal for use in health care, vaccine monitoring and are Vaccines for Children (VFC) compliant, critical material storage, or anywhere valuable samples need to be stored safely.

The North Sciences/Traceable TSi Series ULT freezers can reach temperatures down to -86°C. The hyper-insulated cabinet has double injected foam for both inner and outer doors combined with VIP thermal insulation technology. This reduces energy costs and ensures the protection of samples. Controlling the temperature is easy to with a large 10-inch touch screen oriented for superior user experience.

The North Sciences/Traceable TEC² Series ULT Freezers have natural, hydrocarbon-based refrigerants to lower GWP (Global Warming Potential), with 100 percent redundancy provided by two complete and independent refrigeration systems. With two cores, two refrigeration systems, and two control commands for compressors, one system will maintain temperature if the other is disabled. A dual cooling system provides faster pull down and door opening recovery times. With this TEC2 technology, there is no need to move samples in a rush or worry about maintenance, refilling, or supervision of LN₂ or CO₂.
