Westford, MA — Hitachi High-Tech Analytical Science has further expanded its material analysis technologies with the addition of Thermal Analysis into its product line for the Americas region.
Hitachi High-Tech Analytical Science specializes in delivering high-tech analysis solutions, developed in close collaboration with industry customers and designed to meet the tough challenges of a rapidly evolving industrial sector. Today, they’re helping thousands of businesses streamline their costs, minimize risk, and increase production efficiency, now expanded by the growth of the Thermal Analysis entry into the Americas market. With this growth, Hitachi High-Tech Analytical Science will be able to leverage its existing sales, distribution, and customer support centers to continue to deliver a first-rate experience for Thermal Analysis customers.
The thermal analysis product line includes the Dynamic Mechanical Analyzer (DMA7100), Thermomechanical Analyzer (TMA7100 and TMA7300), Simultaneous Thermogravimetric Analyzer (NEXTA STA range), and Differential Scanning Calorimeter (NEXTA DSC600 and NEXTA DSC200).
Hitachi High-Tech Analytical Science’s range of thermal analyzers have an unsurpassed level of baseline stability, world-class sensitivity, and advanced capabilities to give you the complete picture of thermal behavior. They are optimized to detect minute changes within a wide range of materials, whether you are measuring thermal expansion, thermal decomposition, specific heat capacity, or determining the glass transition of polymers. Complex products for demanding applications mean that component materials need full characterization to ensure they meet specification.
Features such as Hitachi’s innovative RealView sample viewing system, allow users to see what’s happening visually to a sample as a thermal analysis measurement is being conducted. This also provides an easy way to teach someone about thermal analysis and is a critical tool for researchers in academia and those without thermal analysis knowledge as it helps users understand what occurs during measurements.
These instruments include dual cooling and minimal liquid nitrogen use which allow users to keep operating costs down. Intuitive software with guidance functions means that even inexperienced operators find Hitachi instruments easy to use and get reliable results.
In addition to world-class baseline performance, excellent accuracy and precision, and the ability to see your samples in real-time, these instruments are durable and reliable, capable of high-volume use within a lab or production environment.
Greg Rigby, president of Hitachi High-Tech Analytical Science Americas, commented: “We value our customers and listened to their concerns with the current product offerings in the Analytical Instrument marketplace. In response, we are proactively expanding our Thermal Analysis presence in the Americas, to provide customers with highest performance, reliability, and customer care currently available. I invite all of you to evaluate our products and people, to see and feel the difference High-Technology can make.”
The integration of Thermal Analysis into the existing Hitachi High-Tech Analytical Science range will expand the solutions available to customers and continue to grow the wide variety of applications and industries served.
