The Shimadzu AG-IC is part of the Autograph Universal Testing Machines series. It is designed with the following features:
1. Detector Rating and Calibration Information Read Automatically: The rating and calibration no longer need to be set. Testing can be conducted safely without mistakes when multiple cells or extensometers are used.
2. Safety Covers: Adding a safety cover with an interlock blocks debris from broken specimens.
3. Auto-tuning Function: Pre-testing is not required during stress and strain control, and users need not be concerned about control parameters.
4. Test Force and Displacement Measurement: Measurement ranges do not need to be checked before testing. The zero test force is also set automatically. Graph scaling is switched automatically as well.
5. Material Testing Operation Software TRAPEZIUMX-V: This software provides a variety of functions and can also run on laptop computers.
