The Labconco Lyph-Seal™ Tray Dryer is an advanced solution designed to enhance the freeze-drying and vacuum sealing processes for a wide variety of samples.    • The Lyph-Seal can process up to eight Lyph-Seal Sample Bags simultaneously.
   • Suitable for bulk samples, microplates, electronics, food, and more.
   • Flexible zipper-sealed containers conform to sample shapes, providing a vapor barrier that blocks humidity and significantly extends sample shelf life.

2. Temperature Control:

   • Equipped with four independently monitored heated shelves.
   • Shelves can be set between -20°C and +60°C in 1-degree increments, ensuring precise temperature control and uniformity across samples.

3. Integration and Workflow:

   • Compatible with all Labconco FreeZone® Freeze Dryers integrated with Lyo-Works™ OS.
   • Lyo-Works OS allows users to set up to 30 programs, record, chart, and store data, with real-time display of parameters on a capacitive touchscreen.

4. Enhanced Sample Protection:

   • Ensures the quality and integrity of each sample with independent heat control monitoring for each shelf.
   • Designed to seal the widest variety of samples post-process, maintaining sample integrity without handling outside of a controlled environment.
