Kaps-All FE4 Retorquer

The Kaps-All FE4 Retorquer is a portable 4-spindle cap tightener and retourquer. It's designed for efficiency, capable of handling up to 200 bottles per minute. The machine requires only 32" of line space, making it a compact solution for packaging lines. It's suitable for pump and trigger cap tightening and retorquing after heat induction sealing. The FE4 can manage low jars and vials up to 2.5-gallon containers made from metal, glass, or plastic.

The FE4 capper has a stainless steel 7'6" conveyor frame and a stainless steel enclosure outfitted with Lexan doors. The machine is portable, allowing it to be easily moved from one production line to another, and operates on a 110V 1Ph 50/60Hz power supply. Additionally, the FE4 nullifies the need for changeover parts for a variety of standard caps as well as container sizes and shapes. It also features variable speed drives for smooth adjustments and easy control.
