GE Multiphor II Electrophoresis

The modular design of Multiphor™ II gives it the flexibility to handle virtually any flatbed electrophoretic technique. It is particularly well-suited for ultra-thin gels (0.1-0.5 mm) on glass or plastic supports up to 20 × 26 cm. In addition to accommodating gels of different sizes, the electrodes make secure, uniform contact with various types of buffer strips, eliminating the need for large volumes of liquid buffers. Buffer strips can be positioned and held in place using Multiphor II Buffer Strip Positioner.
