The GE Healthcare IN Cell Analyzer 2000 is a flexible, modular, cellular, and subcellular imaging system designed for fast, automated imaging in fixed and live cells. It enables high-content screening (HCS) and high-content analysis (HCA). It was developed with the needs of the high-content imaging workflow in mind. The IN Cell Analyzer 2000 is capable of both software and hardware autofocus, image restoration options, and more.

Optional modules and accessories include environmental control, liquid handling, transmitted light imaging, temperature control, slide imaging, additional 3-D image restoration options, a large chip CCD camera (2048 × 2048 pixels), and a wide range of additional objectives (2× to 100×) including high numerical aperture (NA) options (up to 0.95 NA). The IN Cell Analyzer 2000's bright light source reduces exposure times to maximize speed while maintaining image quality and the health of the cell.
