In May 2012, CellASIC was acquired by EMD Millipore, the Life Science division of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany. CellASIC is very excited to be combining its innovative technology for advanced microfluidic cell culture and live cell analysis with EMD Millipore’s portfolio, which includes long-trusted cell culture solutions, antibodies, assays, live cell RNA probes and cellular analysis platforms.
