Warranty Items: For items sold with a 30 or 90-day warranty, the warranty period begins on the day the item is received. If the item is non-functional or damaged during this period, Ubiotools offers the following resolutions: Repair: We will cover parts and labor (up to the item’s sale price) to fix the issue. Replacement: If repair is not possible, we may send a replacement unit. Return: You may return the item for a refund (buyer is responsible for return shipping costs). Items must be returned in the condition they were shipped and in original packaging, including any custom foam molds or protective materials. Non-Warranty Items: Items sold “AS-IS” or classified as “Fair” are final sale and NOT eligible for return or refund. Warranty Voids: Misuse or User Error: If installation is not purchased and misuse or user error is determined, the warranty is void. Relocation of Installed Items: Warranty is void if Ubiotools-installed items are moved or relocated without contacting Ubiotools for assistance.
