Multivac Model M860FMC SN# 2423/302 Year of MFR: 1996. Film Web width 320mm. Machine has extremely low hours of usage as a pilot project when ordered new. Tooling is designed for a shallow foil cold formed pouch and is a very short index of 100mm. These machines are made very versatile and re-configuring with new tooling is possible through aftermarket support companies. Re-commissioning of machine can be done by independent technicians as well. Spare parts and technical support is still available as this series of machine was produced for many years and thousands are still in use. There is a Video Jet printer and a placer that were used in the previous application that are still intact and could possibly be modified. All original instruction and spare parts manuals are included along with original tool kit. A Busch R5 100 series 5 hp vacuum pump is installed. Cutting system includes a Guillotine style Cross Cut and a Shear Cut style for longitudinal cutting. The machine appears to have only an estimated 200 or so hours by the condition of all components. All original safety guarding is in place as well as outside panels. The skid it is on is the base of a full wood crate for shipping.
